Let’s meet our dining staff!  Take a minute to learn a little about the folks who make our amazing lunch everyday!

Vicki Pasternak

Vicki has been a part of Harley since 1988 and she is the Director of Dining Services. Both of her (now adult) kids attended Harley. She is also known as Amma to her beautiful and sweet grandson, Zane. Ms. Vicki loves her job and all that goes with it: from her incredible crew who collectively help to put on an amazing lunch every day, to the dedicated faculty and staff, to all the children here.

Dining services plans our menus, caters for in-house events, and interacts with students on food-related projects; as well as making sure their dietary needs are met. Her philosophy is to find one thing every day that brings joy.

Sue Vaccaro

Sue Vaccaro: Sue has been at Harley for 15 years and is the artist behind our wonderfully drawn lunch boards. She loves being creative with food and her favorite Harley lunch is the sub bar. Between her and her husband they have seven amazing children (and many of you may know her son, Jason, who works in maintenance). She is very blessed to have 16 grandchildren (wowza!) and one more on the way. Family is everything to her. She is very involved with football, wrestling, gymnastics, basketball, baseball…and anything else her grandkids decide to do!

Laurie Imler

Laurie has been at Harley for 17 years. She is a mom of three kids (two girls and a boy) and a grandmother of nine! When asked what her favorite thing about her job is she says, “Interacting with the kids at lunch time!” Her favorite Harley lunch is pasta.

Roxel Rodriguez-Rivera

Roxel has been with Harley since 2010.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family. While at work she loves taking care of all the kids. Her favorite lunch is whenever we serve Puerto Rican food.

Major Singh

Major is our newest member and has been here for 2.5 months! He enjoys morning walks, reading, listening to music, shopping, and spending time with his family. Major says he loves everything about his job—and his favorite Harley lunch is anything vegetarian.

Joe Cahill

Joe is going on two years at Harley! His favorite thing about Harley was that when he started working here everyone was very helpful and continues to be the same today. His favorite lunch at Harley is “just about everything.” He loves to cruise and has been on six so far! He also enjoys camping and visiting family.
