Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe

Spray baking sheet

Preheat oven to 400 degrees (oven temps vary so use your own judgement).

Use fresh or frozen brussels sprouts, place on a baking sheet, coat in olive oil, season with salt (we use Kosher) and black pepper.

Mix thoroughly to coat all brussels sprouts, but don’t soak them in oil. 

Bake to your preferred level of crispiness.

 

This will work with any vegetables you would like to roast. I love roasting red onions, assorted peppers, and mushrooms. This makes a delicious side, or for me personally, along with a nice crusty roll and a salad, a healthy and tasty dinner.
