Grandparents and Special Friends Day
This cherished, fun-filled tradition, Grandparents and Special Friends Day happend on Thursday. Students in all divisions were joined by some of their favorite people!

The Value of Practice
Before you see the end result: the terrific-sounding concert, the fabulous sports play in the gym…there is a great deal of effort leading up to that moment. Harley students understand the value of the process is even more important than the end result.

A Fresh Invitation
Grade 3 students are hard at work on their garlic empire unit, Harlic Garlic. (See a video about the project here.) They plan, design, and operate a garlic farming business as part of the Harley microfarm. Quite impressive!

Speaking of Practice
Nursery and Primary classes have been working on striking and volleying skills this week in PE. Perhaps this is how some our current Girls’ Varsity Volleyball team (undefeated, division champs!) got started…
This unit helps students build competency in a variety of motor skills and movement patterns. It also teaches how to differentiate between strong and light force. Go future Wolves!
Thank you for the weekly posts! This is truly a nice added touch and I am sure it is hard work. Thank you again.
Thanks Alicia!
