Mr. Gutierrez is a new teacher in the Harley Upper School and is going on 20 years of teaching. He teaches several history courses and currently is creating new courses for the future. Mr. Gutierrez enjoys playing RPGs, (role-playing games), such as Dark Souls 2. He explained to our journalist that he is actually restarting and replaying Dark Souls 2 because there are many different ways to play the game. You can choose the way in which your character plays the game and the methods you use to play. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Gutierrez enjoys having a smaller class at Harley as he is able to get to know students better and understand them on an individual basis. He understands that students learn in several different ways and is willing to alter his teaching style for individual students, to allow them to more easily learn. He was drawn to his field after taking some history classes in college and enjoying them thoroughly. He loves teaching because it allows him to not only teach his students about what he is passionate about, but a<\/span>lso to learn more himself while planning a class.<\/span><\/p>\n
