Though I\u2019m not a Harley \u201clifer\u201d like some of my classmates, I have been a Harley student for the bulk of my education, and I couldn\u2019t imagine being in school any place else. Since second grade, I have made so many friends and had so many experiences that define me as who I am today. Some of my closest friends, in fact, are people who I\u2019ve known since then, and it has been an experience like no other to grow up alongside my peers, grade by grade, from acorn to oak tree. It\u2019s still so crazy to me to walk by the lower and middle schoolers and their teachers and remember that once all my friends and I were that age, in that class, with that teacher, and it\u2019s so wonderful to see so many familiar faces as I go from class to class. Though I might be moving on to Bates College, I will never forget the school and the teachers that have supported me in all facets of my life. I owe it all to my teachers; Dr. Dolan, who always made me laugh, Dr. Vinton (DV), who always believed in me, Dr. Malone, who pushed me harder than I\u2019d ever been pushed, and Mr. Krill, who was always there when I needed someone to talk to. I could go on and on, and I know it sounds corny, but Harley has been my home, and the faculty, staff, and all my friends are my family.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
