Ms. Kindelan is the new Upper School art teacher, and she teaches all mediums. These include drawing, painting, and clay. Before coming to Harley, she taught in California for 8 years but last year lived in Tennessee. She was drawn to the field by a love of art, and later on, a love of teaching. She thinks that making and teaching art is magical. Ms. Kindelan was drawn to Harley because she thought it would be wonderful to have the opportunity to teach something she was passionate about.
Her interests include being outside, sewing, and making clothing. She enjoys being able to teach art to students and she believes that teaching inspires her own art. She enjoys being able to teach a variety of classes at Harley of different media and skill levels, which she was unable to do before coming to Harley.
